1. Brand the spay and neuter message in a way that gets people's attention and enables a dialogue about the need for and benefits of responsible pet guardianship.

2. Increase access to low-cost, high quality spay/neuter resources and services through NOOTERS CLUB® collaborative local events and website clinic directory.

3. Support nonprofit rescue groups, clinics and shelters with fundraising through the sale of NOOTERS CLUB® merchandise.
