Laguna Woods, CA adopts S/N ordinance Congratulations to Laguna Woods, Calif. for just passing a mandatory spay and neuter ordinance. NOOTERS CLUB® recently met up with Ron Beldner at the America's Family Pet Expo. Ron is a member of the City's Animal Control Advisory Committee. We sent Ron back to Laguna Woods with t-shirts for all of the city council members. If any our readers know of a city that has passed mandatory spay and neuter laws, let us know!
S/N for RABBITS getting more attention We hear it all the time: "I never knew that you could fix a rabbit!" A lot of people ask why we have bunnies as one of our designs.
