If you ever meet Pat Schoen you will know this is a lady on a mission.  The organization she runs, C-Snip, is western Mcihigan’s biggest provider of high-quality, low-cost pet spay and neuter services.  C-Snip will reach the impressive milestone of 50,000 pet spays and neuters in 2009.  Just outside Grand Rapids, the C-Snip clinic is a model of a well-run, top-notch organization committed to making life better for pets and their owners. You will not find them any better than Pat.  She is brilliant and tireless!  Find more about what C-Snip is doing at www.csnip.org.

SPAY MICHIGAN launches toll-free hotline

Wednesday, March 18th, 2009

More states are adopting statewide programs to encourage residents to get help reduce the population of unwanted pets by getting their dogs and cats spayed and neutered.  One of them is Spay Michigan.  By calling a toll free hotline of 888-5SPAY-HELP, Michigan residents can find out about low-cost spay and neuter clinics around the state.  These clinics are typically dedicated to high quality, high volume procedures and can save pet owners hundreds of dollars, especially if you have mutiple pets.  You can help support Spay Michigan by buying a Spay Michigan/Nooters Club t-shirt for only $7.  Go to www.nootersclub.org for info.

We just sell stuff; you guys are doing the hard work!

We would like to set the record straight.  Just about every week Nooters Club gets one or more emails from spay/neuter clinics or rescues telling us what a great job we are doing.  We have created some cute cartoons and we put them on a bunch of fun stuff.  And then we sell them and get to give a little money back to the folks helping the animals.  IT IS YOU FOLKS WHO ARE DOING ALL THE AMAZING WORK – WE JUST WISH WE COULD HELP YOU MORE!!    One day – when we grow – we will.  But we want to say GOD BLESS YOU for all you do. You are truly amazing!  – Linda
